This is to bring to your notice potential fraud being committed by Airtel with prepaid recharge. I had an existing 1 year prepaid validity pack at INR1799, with an sms saying recharge now and pack validity will apply post expiry of current pack.

@airtelindia @MIB_India @TRAI On recharge of INR2999, the current pack (valid until 19 Jul 2024) was removed and the new pack was activated (expiry 29 Jun 2025). This is wrong with not honoring the previous prepaid payment validity, and immediately starting the new pack. #fraud
