The porous border between #Myanmar and #India allows free flow of weapons, drugs, illegal immigrants while AR responsible for guarding the border is simply looking at the border failing to control it, even facilitating illegal immigrants handing over to district officials instead of driving them off, allowing entry of wounded militants for treatment.
