Dear @makemytrip, my flight was cancelled by the airline but my refund has still not been processed. It has already been 10 days. I tried contacting customer support multiple times, but I’m only getting auto responses. Plz proces my refund immediately.

@MoCA_GoI Thanks for escalating this matter. SPICEJET support number not connected even after 5 times 20mins each waiting time. I have to cancel next 10 days trip based on this. I want to know if I am eligible for Full refund + any compensation?

@flyspicejet support IVR is not connecting even after 5 times and 20mins wait time. Full refund means means how much? and what about compensation as you informed 5days before only. My 10 days plan is impacting due to this. If you want to speak I am available. Need to know ASAP please

@flyspicejet I tried contacting support via phone, its keeping me on IVR for 20 mins and disconnecting. I tried 5 time no luck. Pathetic service. Please process my request along with compensation ASAP, so that I can arrange backup plan.

Unfortunately they were having CAN number, PTIN number, Name, Address and associated mobile numbers as well. Be cautious with these calls.
