#WATCH | Chennai: Tamil Nadu Chief Minister C. Joseph Vijay arrives to launch the expansion of the rechristened Perunthalaivar Kamarajar Free Breakfast Scheme at Government Middle School in Gandhi Gramam, Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai.

Under the expansion, the free morning meal scheme, which was earlier provided to students from Classes 1 to 5, will now be extended to students of Classes 6 to 8. With this expansion, around 15.30 lakh additional students across 15,454 government and government-aided schools across the state will benefit.
