During tatkal window not able to book tickets. Aadhaar authenticated, Latest App, Fast internet, Wallet amount. But no use. Each time different error. After few mins, no tkts. For all the issues App support simply replying retry again. @IRCTCofficial @GMSRailway @AshwiniVaishnaw

@GoibiboSupport I have split pnr (IITLYX) from group booking pnr (HINPWX). Split pnr cancelled and refund processed from airlines side. Can you process from Goibibo side.

@MtcChennai today 4.15 pm, travelled Bus route. 515 (K0209) from Poonchery Road. Requested to balance update to Conductor. Simply he replied he is not aware of the process. Frequently facing this issue. Kindly look into this matter.

@MtcChennai today 5 am, travelled 102x (K0142) from Central. Conductor not updating my NCMC card and end up with paid by cash. After card top up, facing this issue in many buses. Kindly look into this matter and if possible plz remove this balance update after every top-up.

@GMSRailway @DrmChennai @SalemDRM Train number 16159/16160, not starting/ending from/to Chennai Egmore from 23rd Jul onwards. It's affecting Karur junction completely. Any special trains arranged to reach Chennai from KRR (via SA - KPD route) and vice-versa.

For this long weekend no special trains running via KRR Jn. We are always depending on Erode or Trichy during festival times/long weekend. Plz consider KRR also during special trains run.
