20+ calls on @oyorooms customer care and none of them resolved my query instead they hung up the call, put me on hold or give other number which is not available. 21st April it was when I booked my hotel on Oyo app and when I reached the property, they said we got no booking....

I asked the Oyo customer care to booked another property .. and there again I got numerous issue .... They have technical glitches in the system and i end up embarassed for more than 4 hours. All in all i has my worst experience and that too for the first time with Oyo.
