Martial Law means One Unit & denial of rights to smaller provinces. That has been the case directly or indirectly from 1955-1973 & then 1977 to present.

Why do federal & provincial govts & semi-autonomous bodies waste billions of rupees on their own publicity with most of the funds going to their favorite in media? Isn't it a form of corruption too?
