Two-day workshop at @BernLhep on SoLAr integrated charge-light read out in liquid argon. Here is prototype tile v2. Lots of physics potential for low energy neutrinos. @anavrera@ClaraCuesta_@UoMparticle
It's collaboration meeting week! 50 MicroBooNErs from across the US and the UK are gathered at @LSUphysastro (with more connected online) - it's always great to get together in person! Today we're talking about ideas for future physics measurements
@anavrera of @UoMparticle telling us how the SoLAr pixel concept will revolutionise @DUNEScience and allow us to do solar neutrino physics. Module of Opportunity Workshop at @ADEITUV.
Luis Mora Lepin @UoMparticle presenting some brand-new work about MicroBooNE's sensitivity to dark trident interactions @ichep2022 It'll be a while before we get over the excitement of getting to do in-person poster sessions again!
A great kick-off to our first in-person collaboration meeting in over 2 years at @RutgersU. It's fantastic to see each other again - here's to a fun and productive week together!
Yesterday a senior collaborator from my experiment wrote me an entire email just to say how happy they are that I’m going to a nice conference and I haven’t stopped smiling since.
@PasseVivant @Microboone Hopefully the next wave of meetings will be fully in person! 🤞🏾 Although keeping a remote connection/recordings for people who can’t travel would be nice.
Today was the first day of @Microboone collaboration meeting.
We decided to have in person meeting for the UK collaborators (and anyone close enough to attend) in Manchester and connect to the general meeting. Not yet a fully in person thing but that’s a start! 😉
Busy and fun day today! At 11:00 CT, Bonnie Fleming (Yale) and Pedro Machado (Fermilab) are speaking about big questions in particle physics! https://t.co/itvaB2IdXv
