Lucknow has it all. Dear IT Companies & Corporates, Yes, you heard it right !! Lucknow has it all to become the next hot spot for Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence & Other New Age Technologies. Lets have a look at what all Lucknow has got, which makes it the most suitable city for becoming the next vibrant corporate hub - (Bear with me, its a long post. But you must read it alright, YOU MUST !!) 1- Talent Pool - Well, first of all, for any city to become the IT hub, you need the talent pool. Lucknow is brimming with hireable talent pool for IT, VFX, ML & AI. We have innumerous engineering colleges producing IT engineers. These colleges are from gov and private sector both. And let me tell you that our engineers are bright and courteous at the same time. टैलेंट का कभी घमंड नहीं किया हमने II😌 2- Ready to use Office Spaces - So, the next important thing after the talent pool is the commercial real estate, to set up your campuses & offices. And we are not lacking in the area either. We have many A Grade commercial towers & buildings, waiting for the arrival for you guys with their doors wide open. And, sadly, as you guys are not coming yet, we are turning these office towers into the party hubs 😐(Summit Building may ring your bell here). See, we have to utilize the place somehow. But, c'mon don't let us do this anymore. We want to see you guys in these stunning commercial buildings. Many city builders are just waiting for you to come, they have the caliber to build magnificent corporate offices and parks for you. 3- World Class Connectivity - You must have seen the stunning visuals of new Lucknow Airport Terminal 3. Well, the airport is the biggest one in North & Central India after Delhi providing excellent connectivity to all the Metros, Cities & Towns of India. We have connectivity to South East Asia & Gulf Countries as well, and in future this is going to get even stronger. So, please leave behind your travel and connectivity woes, Adani is here to serve you with an amazing airport. 4- We do have WATER - There is no shortage of water. Well, in the foreseeable future there won't be. You can trust me on this. The WHOLE MIGHTY RIVER GOMTI flows through the middle of the city, man. 5- No Language Barrier - You can put the sign board of your companies in any language you want. We don't mind. In fact we love the diversity. After all, we are the flag bearer of "Ganga Jamuni Tehzeeb" If you don't believe me, just visit Varanasi. Not only, we have sign boards in Tamil, Telugu, Gujrati, Marathi, Bengali etc in Varanasi, but there are some areas where the sign boards are in Japnese, German, Russian & Hebrew also. And, Lucknow may prove to be no different either. 🙃 6- Buzzing Night Life - Well, IT & Corporate people need lively night life to socialize, connect, organize office parties & events or just to blow off some steam after the days hard work. We are not behind here, either. We have all the POSH restaurant, clubs & Pubs. You name it & we have it. We have dedicated party areas in the city which actually gets a bit too buzzed sometimes 😄 And you know what, soon we are going to have our very own 24/7 Fine, Dine & Wine street 🤩 For the peaceful conversations we have a strong cafe scene. We have many areas with string of cafes located at one place. And yes, WE DO HAVE MICROBREWERIES. 7- Weekend Gateways - In IT Companies and Corporates the atmosphere is very high octane. And people working in these companies need some good weekend gateways to enjoy a much needed break. So lets see what we have to offer here - 🚗For history lovers we have Agra, Jhansi, Orcha, Khajuraho etc under 300 miles. 🚗For Jungle lovers we have Jim Corbett, Panna, Dudhwa, Pilibhit Tiger Reserve & Dense forest of Katarniaghat under 300 miles. 🚗Mountains are not very far as well. It takes 7 hours to reach Nainital and other serene Kumaon Hill stations. 🚗You can go international also as Nepal borders UP 😀. Pokhara and Kathmandu are under 400 miles. 🚗For devotional employees, we have Ayodhya, Kashi, Mathura & Prayagraj under 250 miles 🚗If you are a fan of Buddhism, we have Sarnath, Sravasti & Kushinagar under 250 miles again. We don't have beaches, sadly, but we do have direct flights to Goa & Thailand. Bali is going to be connected as well. 8- Weather Part - Hmm, okay here we don't score that high. But let me tell you that, its not that bad either. Weather is not bad except for the 4 sweltering months of June, July, August & September. And for the rest of 8 months its either spring like weather or gets cold. You should look at the brighter side. Not only you can flaunt your summer wardrobe from May to September, but you can put your branded winter clothing to some in December, January & Feb. 9- Food Food & Food - Okay, lets get to the business. So, our street food is better that other cities fine dine. And NO, I am not exaggerating. We don't put loads of spices, red color & Mayonnaise to make our food tasty. Rather, Lucknowi Cuisine is an art. Its not only soothes your tongue but is also delight to your eyes and nose. Mild on spices, natural colors, very aromatic and high on taste; that's the USP. And yes, our food does not give you Delhi Belly. So, if you set up your office in Lucknow and you want to impress your clients in the next meeting, you know the secret. Feed them some good Lucknawi Kebab, Korma & Biryani along with the delectable sheermaal, and they will double their business with you. 😉 Veg food is also out of the world here. Just sayin ! 10- Existing IT & Start Up Scenario - Its not like that we are the total gone case. We do have TCS, Nagarro and huge 100 acres campus from HCL. Many startups have mushroomed here as well. Small & mid scale IT companies are also present. And not to forget many Co-Working spaces in the city So you won't feel that you have come to some alien city with no atmosphere for your needs what so ever. We know the IT game. 11- Living Standards & Rentals We have wide roads, good number of flyovers, elevated corridors, green parks for you. You want to own your own house with the front & Kitchen garden, you can still do that in our city. And if you like living in high rises in good societies we have ample of them to offer as well. And the most important thing, for rentals, we certainly don't burn a hole in your pocket, We are very easy that way too. 12- Local Transport- We have Ola, Uber, Rapido etc. We have local Auto and Buses. And we have our own Metro, which is getting expanded. 13- Lucknawi People - You must have met many Lucknawi people in your offices. You hire them in big numbers. We are sweet, cultured, friendly, welcoming and soft spoken people. Our hospitality is world renowned. And yes, the whole city is like that. Giving comforting and leisurely talks are in our veins. आमा हम लोग गली भी प्यार से ही देते है 😅 14- Modern malls & Shopping Centers- We have the world famous Victorian era shopping Street - Hazratganj. Leisurely wandering in the street of Hazratganj is called "Ganjing", yeah we invented this word for us. Then we have the 2nd biggest mall of India - Lulu Mall. Most premium mall of the region Phenix Pallassio and some 20 other malls as well, to fulfill your shopping urges. 15- Branded Hotels- Plush hotels are very important for your industry type. Such hotels are needed for conferences, stakeholders stays, office lunches & dinners, townhalls, orientations and what not. Well we have good number of them from almost all the big brands (Marriott, Hyatt, Taj, Hilton, Ramada, Holiday Inn, Novatel, ITC, IHG, Wyndham etc). We already have around 13-15 five stars hotels and innumerable 4 & 3 stars hotel. And which ever brands are still missing, are already in the pipeline. 16- Entertainment Factor - We have our IPL team, so IPL season every year is so lit. Then we have IMAX screens from PVR & INOX. We get Stand Up Comedy gigs, live music shows, band performances, flea festivals, Lucknawi festivals and what not. You will never be bored in the city. 17- Gyms, Health and Open spaces - IT professional and corporates tend to be very conscious about the fitness. yeah only TEND TO BE. So for such occasional fitness bouts we have many Anytime Fitness, Cult & Gold Gym branches. And you know what, many local gyms can give these franchise gyms run for their money. They are that good. If you fancy running or cycling, then we have 100s, literally 100s of parks to do so. 18- Gov Support- Gov has formed a new IT and Electronics Policy in 2022 and working on a war footing to invite you guys. We are going to have a world class 40 acres AI City as well. You don't you consider that for your investments. 19- Vibe of the city- We are happy, sunny, sweet tempered people. & we like to keep the aura around us exactly the same. if you still insist, I would say, Charming is the vibe going on for us. So come here and be charmed by us. So, IT companies & Corporates, look, you don't have any excuse left to ignore us anymore. Just try us once and you will know what you are missing on. I would just conclude my long tirade by saying- - You are in LUCK, NOW its not very late. So get your self here. Lucknow has it all to become the next hot spot for Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence & Other New Age Technologies.

Lets have a look at what all Lucknow has got, which makes it the most suitable city for becoming the next vibrant corporate hub -

1- Talent Pool -
Well, first of all, for any city to become the IT hub, you need the talent pool. Lucknow is brimming with hireable talent pool for IT, VFX, ML & AI. @shunyamgupta @peakbengaluru Deciding which app to start booking a cab. And eventually using each one available. Then convincing the one cab driver accepted to not cancel the trip. Typical lessons in strategic planning, prioritisation & stakeholder management from Bangalore cabs. No wonder so many PMs!
