@airindiain Terrible customer service from Air India, is this the way of treating customers? My flight was cancelled in May 2021 and I am still waiting for the refund of 1.3 lakhs. Every time I call the customer service number,they are disconnecting the call to prevent escalation

@airindiain Email was sent requesting a refund to [email protected] on May 27th and Sep 22nd, but no response. Also created these tasks with Air India customer care too 10901062 on 19th July, 11331167 on 10th August. Please help to get my refund asap!

On top of that it takes one hour to reach the customer care. Otherwise after 10 minutes of hold, they disconnect saying some technical issue happened. Will never book a flight with Air India again. #AirIndia #complaints #customerservice #Refund
