This is one of the biggest wins for our 2nd Amendment rights in US history.

After the August federal court ruling in the Silencer Shop case, the ATF has now issued guidance saying *all* Americans no longer need to register SBRs, SBSs, and suppressors under the NFA.

This means they will now be treated like every other firearm purchase with just a background check.

The ruling previously only applied to plaintiffs in that case, but the ATF expanded it to everyone.

Historic.
