That I posted on 9/7/2025, post below.
The last time I was at the computer to update the document was 9/2.
Via mobile, I put the training in the timeline - therefore, the link to that will be in the body of the text not as a footnote.
It also does not contain new information I found on SJ Terp that places her likely gearing up for censorship operations back in 2011 in New York while working for a UN organization.
All the info in the report on Terp is relevant-the new information indicates she may have been coordinating with Obama before 1/2017.
I will post all of that as soon as I can.
👉🏻The 2nd caveat - this is not an executive report - bullet points - get to the point quick. It does have an executive summary that sums everything up. If you want more details you can do that too.

👉🏻 It is A LOT of information to be able to give any new reader a complete picture of how Suzanne Spaulding weaponized our courts, our attorneys, and the public. But I also tied that into #RussiaHoax Activities. So you will see events you already know about in the timeline. Spaulding, CSIS Heather Conley & SJ Terp activities are noted within those events.

I have located training of judges on disinformation just prior to 2020 election.
The videos in the following posts show what Spaulding, the ABA, the NCSC, the Brunswick Group & Mary & William Law School worked together to influence judges in “preparation for 2020”
This is a significant find, because it shows Spaulding fed the judges a lie, that she knew to be false because, as she likes to remind everyone, she was in charge of the men & woman protecting elections & did the evaluation of “Russian interference”
Spaulding enlisted the ABA & NCSC to carry this lie forward to all the judges - including those in non- USA jurisdictions.
NCSC worked hand in glove with the ABA to do this. See pic below from October 5, 2020 ABA Journal article titled “How can courts counter disinformation? Arizona task force releases recommendations”
NCSC then works with the Brunswick Group to develop training material/playbooks for the courts.

This is the 2022 version - they used Spaulding’s Beyond the Ballot report (that I have explained before is using bad data). The earlier version they state was funded by States Justice Institute- fully funded USAID org established by federal law in 1984 to award grants to “improve the quality of justice in state courts, and foster innovative, efficient solutions to common issues faced by all courts.” I couldn’t find the earlier version.
They push training through a joint venture started by NCSC & William & Mary Law School in 2005, the Election Law Program.
NCSC is quoted in a now deleted 2020 NCSC newsroom release: about the trainings:
“With the presidential election fast approaching, the program is hosting a series of webinars with the theme “What Happens (In Our Courts) When America Votes?” This election season, as everyone who follows the news knows, has been extremely litigious, and the Election Law Program is doing everything we can to provide the best information to judges and other court professionals,” said Amy McDowell, NCSC’s director of executive leadership education and its liaison to the Election Law Program. “The webinars are just another way we can fulfill our mission to help the courts as they work to rule on election law cases.”
“To date, over 240 election law cases have been filed in state and federal courts,” said NCSC President Mary McQueen. “The Election Law Program is designed to provide nonpartisan information to judges and other court professionals about various questions that might arise in election law cases. During 2020, NCSC has hosted a series of webinars on ways state courts can navigate the challenges of COVID-19. The election law webinars are similarly designed to prepare the state courts to manage election law cases.”

They go far beyond teaching them election law.
They predispose judges to classify election challenges & information coming to their court as “Russian interference”
I argue, what the heck are they doing training judges since 2005?! What else have they pushed? DEI? Race?
They provide a 4 part webinar series for the lead up to 2020.

UPDATE: Court orders full revert to pre-Hobbs water rules for housing.
Katie Hobbs says she’s running to secure our water future and lower costs. Instead, her administration illegally rewrote the rules, froze new homes, spiked prices, and got slapped down by the court.
She also vetoed Republican bills that would have added water supply and restored lawful development pathways.
The result: Arizona taxpayers now face Prop 207 claims that could total hundreds of millions to over $1 billion.

BREAKING: Katie Hobbs-Aligned Canvassers Caught Willing to Allow Non-Citizens and a Felon to Vote
Muckraker went undercover in Arizona to investigate the groups working to re-elect Gov. Katie Hobbs @katiehobbs and other Democrats.
Here’s what we found:
Stand Indivisible Arizona (endorsed Gov. Hobbs in their 2026 ballot guide) — Our journalist posed as a Canadian citizen and asked to register to vote. The canvasser not only agreed to help the alleged non-citizen register, but when asked whether other Canadians could register too, she said, “Tell them to do it online.”
Worker Power (working to re-elect Gov. Hobbs) — Our journalist told a canvasser they were not a U.S. citizen. Despite this, at our journalist’s request, the canvasser marked “yes” on the citizenship question of the voter registration form.
When We Count (the DNC’s own registration program) — Our journalist posed as a felon on probation and asked to register to vote. The canvassers looked up the law and saw that a felon on probation is ineligible. Even so, they encouraged our journalist to register: “You should just do it.”
AFL-CIO (phone bank mobilizing voters for Gov. Hobbs) — Our undercover journalist asked a phone bank trainer whether to ask the people being called if they're citizens. The trainer’s answer: “We don’t care.”
Our journalists stopped every exercise before any voter registration form was submitted.
We also asked Gov. Katie Hobbs about these findings.

America's biggest banks- Morgan Stanley, JPMorgan, Bank of America, Wells Fargo — told Axios they are finding unauthorized AI agents inside customer accounts. Some appear to act independently of the user. Bank executives say they often can't tell whether activity came from a human, an authorized agent, or one that has gone rogue.
These are institutions with billions to spend on security.

The threat to election systems isn't a lone hacker. It's automated tools that can probe infrastructure at scale, and foreign units built for this work. And a manipulation wouldn't announce itself. It would look like a glitch, a malfunction, or a "human error." @TXsecofstate
Texas law is clear. Under Election Code §122.001, a voting system may not be used in an election unless it is "safe from fraudulent or unauthorized manipulation" (a)(4) and "capable of providing records from which the operation of the voting system may be audited" (a)(10).
A system that can be accessed or altered without detection meets neither standard.
Here's the part most voters don't know: when election systems were designated critical infrastructure, vulnerability information shared with DHS through that program became protected from public records laws. The reporting channel is confidential by design.
So when you hear "no evidence of wide-scale manipulation," ask a second question: would the public ever be shown the evidence? THE LAW SHIELDS THE EVIDENCE.
The one record the people can verify for themselves is the paper ballot, counted in the precinct, in public view By the People-like we did most of our entire history on ELECTION DAY.
I think public goncern about county websites, and elections systems (PollBooks, scanners, printers, etc) including registration security is on the forefront of people’s minds.

Just FYI. I am deleting the post below. Because it is still getting more attention than the update.
It has been confirmed that this “suspicious activity” was met with a professional response.
All personnel were secured inside the building, out of caution. Nothing was left unattended.
This could have been avoided with a more complete press release by @maricopacounty @KateMcGeeAZ @DebbieLesko
While Maricopa’s is under a microscope & the past history has eroded trust - more info that addresses concerns is recommended.

I want to thank Stewart for taking the time to communicate what’s going on at the BOS.
He is committed to transparency. He stated on this town hall that he answers to us, not his colleagues or other politicians.
He had some great updates. The one we are interested in - the “midnight” software update.
According to Stewart. He (& everyone else) is satisfied with the answer given. A “bug” that allowed a “/“ in the file name.
Several problems I see with this answer:
1. Stewart is not allowed in that room. All information he receives is from staff.
2. His chief of staff was present in the room & again, stated there was no software update. When we can clearly see there was.

3. Stewart will not be getting definitive answers until after the election. Because it’s a busy time of year & pulling staff off to answer security questions is unreasonable - my words paraphrasing what he said.
4. Stewart erroneously has decided that since NOVUS doesn’t connect to tabulation there is no risk.
NOVUS creates 2 digital images. The old & the new. The touch screen allows the election worker to select the necessary races. But Runbeck provides them with a pre-filled in ballot. The user only needs to select ok. Is this done by a bipartisan team. Pictures captured appear otherwise.
In the past, duplicates were printed at Runbeck & left for pick up. The duplicate is never again compared to the original or stored with the original.
Has that process changed?
What has never been clarified: Does the digital image get uploaded to the EMS or just the machine readable information?
We have been told that the duplicate gets scanned into the system. However, in 2022 logs show scanning duplicates AFTER certification. How does a certification happen without all the duplicates in?
Printing at Runbeck & picking the ballots up to scan in the system seems highly inefficient to me. Considering the digital image is already produced. Certification was done - all the numbers in, correct? It seems to me that this log of duplicates scanned in a month after the election is an indication the ballot information is loaded to the EMS via USB. Why else would you need to transfer a USB from outside tabulation (duplication station) to inside the room & fix a “bug” that reads the file name.
This brings up concerns - the digital duplicate can be anything. There is no way for the worker to know. The physical paper is never matched & compared. Even if they were, there is no way for the county to know what actually got loaded.
This process needs very specific answers.
Including whether it’s even legal. According to statute & EPM that say they must be done manually
5. Stewart said it took them 2 weeks to troubleshoot the naming issue. There are only so many reasons a file will not load in a system you have used for years. @ParikhClay @PatriotMarkCook are experts, but Ramirez has supposedly been at this a long time. 2 weeks seems unreasonable.

6. Approximately at the 16 minute mark Stewart mentioned “snafus that have been happening for decades”.
Our elections have been stolen for decades via backdoor access, insider threat & glitches. From what I can tell, Snafus” (glitch) are never resolved. Take the 19” ballot image on 20” piece of paper. The “investigation” never did resolve it. There are only so many ways that happens. And instead of taking a deeper look, they let it go on for 3 elections & then decided they needed to buy new equipment.
The glitch is the rig. Venezuela programmers have told us they build in the glitch. 1) to introduce an update post certification 2) to switch/add/delete votes & 3) prevent votes from ever getting in.
IMO glitches have been a complete failure of security & proper system evaluation because we have people that do not have the expertise to assess it.

I wouldn’t count my chickens before they hatch. I’ll wait till the bitter end to see what I think.
We know that images are changed/swapped.
Fake polls have been out for months to give them cover.
5% over isn’t going to cut it. If we cannot out vote the built in cheat, they will say Rs are sick of MAGA & Trump (lie) and/or non D/R parties swung to D because they are sick of MAGAz/Trump. That’s how they will attempt to hide it.
In our favor is if more come out to vote than historically. This could throw off their pre game planning.
We are off to a good start. But we are going to need a bigger swing. Hopefully Independents swing R way.
And if the sabotage Election Day again to keep votes out, it may chip away our advantage.
