finished gunslinger girl. found it underwhelming but generally pleasant. some pretty sequences and fights here and there. i like the film grain on it. the plot feels like it has so much more to it that just isn't in the anime. guess i'll read the manga at some point

state of play was really bad. the title reveal for god of war was one of the funniest things i've ever seen. they really named a game after laufey. control 2 looks cool as usual. this would be a great presentation if i had just woken up from a years long coma

i played the undub version and it was cool. did the final gauntlet with no e tanks :) its honestly not that hard but felt good to best. going to do an x run soon so we'll see how it stacks up. pretty easily the best x game imo so far

finished a zero run of x4. pretty great. fun but brief stages that are a blast to slash through. great art and music etc. some of the bosses do too much damage... the special attacks and techniques are fun to use. sigma fortress is mostly good. the cutscenes are dope
