It is not real ministry to spend the first day of the week listening to clips of other Ministers, what they preached on Sunday simply to find a talking point for your audience who are now your "customers" feeding on the entertainment value gotten from your criticism of other ministries.

It really has no transformative value but just pure entertainment.

In the days of Jesus some men took it upon themselves to act this way. They were sent out by Pharisees to listen to the sermons of Jesus so as to catch him in his words. The intent was to twist whatever Jesus said to suit their own narrative of him.

Mark 12:13
"And they send unto him certain of the Pharisees and of the Herodians, to catch him in his words."
