15-year-old Khloe McDonel was reported missing in Jackson, Mississippi, on July 18. Two days later, she was found shot dead along a walking trail at Sheppard Brothers Park.

Her family reportedly continued searching for 16 days, unaware that Khloe had already been found, until DNA testing confirmed her identity in early August. Investigators have said they believe her killing was targeted. No suspect or arrest has been publicly announced.

Our prayers go out to Khloe’s family and everyone affected by her loss. Her family deserves answers. Khloe deserves justice.
