Our village has been experiencing all networks total blackout since December kwa Hala village in Mjanyana. Eastern Cape .The village has been in blackout since beginning of December 2022.This is affecting the whole village not specific phone

@Vodacom All cell phones are not working regardless of the make.

you can not receive or make phone calls or send SMSs

we are mostly using mobile network since only 3g available there when there is network available.

Since December all these services are not available

@Vodacom They were supposed to attend to the matter on Thursday but even today the situation is still the same.

@Vodacom We only received a phone call from vodacom customer care on Wednesday 11 Jan 082 241 1082 at 13:35 to confirm that technicians will be sent to check the cause of the blackout in that area. But nothing has been done yet.

@Vodacom @Thobelamolo The problem is not with his cellphone number all villages around Mjanyana in Engcobo do not have signal. we can not make calls / receive sms or use data.
