@JustJam07637476 @LothianCountry It was a purposeful decision to pull out from the stop. I have been contacted by people on the bus who witnessed this. As frequent passengers, I would say most drivers go out of their way to be kind (especially female drivers).

43 bus at Dalmeny Village Hall just drive by my high school@age son on his way to school. We were ready to cross over in front of the bus and the driver saw us, but left anyway. Bus is supposed to leave at 07:38 but this driver left at 07:37. @LothianCountry

@JustJam07637476 @LothianCountry The driver saw us. He made eye contact and we were indicating our intent. This is a small village so across the road is not what you may be envisioning. The other passenger had not even sat down (its usual for drivers to wait for all passengers to be seated before moving).

@LothianCountry According to the schedule at the bus stop, it leaves at 07:38. We take this bus on a daily basis and it is usually later than that! Also, I looked at my watch/phone and it left at 07:37. Funny how your customers are always wrong 🤔

@LothianCountry Traveling in the Edinburgh. I was with my son and the bus driver clearly saw us as did other passengers. His window was also down. We are usually there early and the bus is usually a few minutes late.
