we always try to host vision weekend at some special places but this year, to celebrate our 40th anniversary, Vision Weekend London might feature my favorite one yet: the Barbican Green House! Come nerd out about new AI modalities, longevity interventions, bci & wbe pathways and novel funding & innovation mechanisms amongst exotic foliage! https://t.co/ojDCnSizb7
Always good to hear a client name in the real world. Our clients at @forethought_ai get a mention on @RestIsPolitics. Our team are big fans of the pod, definitely an episode worth a listen.

3 days left to apply to attend Progress Conference 2026!
We extended the deadline by just a few days.
If you're interested in attending, please fill out the form below by June 5th. We've received almost 700 applications so far. We're looking forward to another great event.
We're delighted to expand our ever-multicultural team with the introduction of Estere.
Originally from Riga, Latvia, Estere studied film at UAL and brings an eclectic set of credentials to And–Now. She's been foraging for mushrooms since childhood, once met Queen Elizabeth who asked about her painting (age 11), and is working towards her long-term goal of becoming a homesteader with a flock of ducks.
She's also proved herself to be a seriously good account manager. We're very glad she's on board.
Sixteen (count em!) hardback books are really heavy 😭
I never thought I'd need to hit the gym for my extremely cushy desk job but here we are ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Your career is your most important decision. Especially for your impact.
But most career advice sucks, so millions waste it.
I’ve spent 15 years researching how to find the best career.
This book sums up everything I’ve learned. It feels like my life’s work.
And it’s out now.
Vision Weekend UK is just around the corner! And for our 40th anniversary, we may have landed our best venue yet: the Barbican greenhouse.
A Brutalist landmark filled with 1,500 species of tropical plants, it's a surreal setting to come nerd out about new AI modalities, longevity interventions, neuroengineering, AI for science, and novel funding mechanisms.

Despite what AI companies want you to believe, AGI is not inevitable.
The race-to-the-bottom to build it is not inevitable.
Losing control of our future is not inevitable.
We can build AI that works for humanity, instead of replacing us.
This is how 👉 https://t.co/9ORKcobTed
Congratulations on two years of relentless optimism, progress and opportunity. Happy Birthday to Renaissance Philanthropy, a client scaling and applying technology and innovation to solve some of the biggest problems in the world.
Hard to put into words. Easy to believe in.
🎂 We turn 2 this week and we asked our founders, staff, and fellows to describe @RenPhilanthropy in one word. Watch to find out 🎬
To build something remarkable, then give it away. That's the move.
A genome mutation library, free to access, because that's just the kind of people our clients are.
Astera Resident @erika_alden_d and @Pioneer__Labs built a whole-genome mutation library and are giving it away. Peer-reviewed, open-access, ready to use. This is how you move science forward.
We’re proud to have played a part in this one. @EpochAIResearch does some of the most important independent research on AI out there — they deserved a brand and website that reflects it, without losing what made it credible in the first place.
Congratulations to Robert and the team.
And–Now out in the real world. Meet the printers Park Communications and finishers at Olro.
We've been known to nerd out about print. But not everyone on the team works with our editorial design clients day to day, so we took a field trip. We donned some high vis, rolled up our sleeves and got analogue.
Watch a book come together from raw sheets to finished object: the perfect binding machine alone was *chef’s kiss*.
Luke (our Digital Lead, ironically) put it rather well: "There's so much history in the machines and their attention to detail in creating sustainable finishes was really inspiring."
We used those clusters in the logo, which is where we hid a little treat. Within the cluster is the letter N. The brand name, hidden in its own visual code. Who doesn’t love an Easter egg.
The client chose another of our concepts, so this is its last time to see the light.
Easter might be behind us but we’ve got one more Easter egg for you.
This client needed a brand identity exciting enough to signal innovation, but controlled enough to instil clinical trust. That’s a challenge we knew we could definitely rise to.
Clustered dots, drawn from an abstraction of what the company does and the reactive nature of how it operates. A clear, effective graphic language that helps tell their story.
Last week, the design team put their out of office on. We called it Training Half Term.
Good design sits on top of decades of thinking — in technology, print, craft — and curiosity is what keeps you connected to it (and helps us continue to love what we do). We weren't making enough room for that… So we made some.
A week split between external tutorials, internal studio workshops, and our printer @parkcommunications.
Jeff Sebo works across moral philosophy, environmental studies, bioethics and law.
The design challenge is making ideas from all those disciplines readable without flattening their complexity. By stripping back distraction and letting the content lead, the site supports @jeffrsebo's thinking rather than competing with it.
The WiP Issue 21 Classifieds page embodies an approach we explored throughout the entire magazine: borrowing visual languages with centuries of established meaning and catapulting them into the future.
The ornament running through the pages of the publication is so much more than decorative. It's intended to be disorienting in the best sense - familiar enough to visually communicate what you're reading, unfamiliar enough to make you stop and consider it again.
