@Simon_News2UK @RParlane @AdamBienkov "But unfortunately 75% of respondents are consistently left leaning, Remainers, retired, public sector and Tory hating". What is that if it isn't a complaint?
@Simon_News2UK @RParlane @AdamBienkov Our General Elections are 1st past the post - not representative of public opinion per se. Case in point 2019... Johnson got 1.2% more votes than May, but that equated to 47 more seats.
Of course polling isn't an exact science; they are indicative.
@Simon_News2UK @RParlane @AdamBienkov I get it that you fill out lots of surveys. I'm sure you do. That does not make you a polling expert, or a statistician.
@Simon_News2UK @RParlane @AdamBienkov OK. I see group don't understand what a qualifying question is, and have no idea how statistical sampling works.
Participating in a survey, and deriving statistical analysis from a survey are very different skills
@Simon_News2UK @RParlane @AdamBienkov "have you worked in the public sector?" - how does that skew the results in favour of the left?
"Did you vote remain or leave?" how can that possibly be favouring left or right?
@MarkKnight30 @per7 @RParlane @AdamBienkov I'm going to guess statistical analysis isn't your field of expertise, but what number would it need to be, in your mind, to be statistically significant?
@GregHands@Conservatives@CCHQPress Stop the boats... you should rename yourselves as the stop the boats party. It seems to be the only thing you stand for.
How's it going under your stewardship btw?
@TrumpGirl1971@footster2@SteveKornacki What metrics do you use to assess whether a President has done well or not?
8 million votes less than your opponent is not a victory. One term Trump was slaughtered in 2020 - that's why he tried to organise the insurrection.
@CrossTheDelewar@REDGRRRL1 @JoeyMannarinoUS @laurenboebert Does illegal documentation really secure welfare benefits? If so, it seems you have an internal fraud problem, and payout system not fit for purpose
