I’ve been noticing this lately but @jillianharris has really made me think about who I order from online. Was very disappointed to receive this huge box from @Sephora that contained one small lipstick & sample mascara. Could easily have been sent in a recyclable envelope!

Was in @BestBuyCanada store today in Saint John & left pissed off that nobody attempted to help me find what I was looking for even when I asked 2 employees. Reminds me when they used to be Future Shop & has the same terrible customer service. Online ordering from another store!
