@maxescu Congrats you made a technologically impressive demo that has no soul or benefit to artistic expression, pure slop
I gotta ask, what do you want to come from this? Is this how you want all art to be made in the future? Just because its cost effective? Is it art or a product?
Sony blocked Tokon from 132 countries, destroyed the PC version with its anti cheat system and missed out on millions just for the game to get modded 3 hours after launch and cracked 2 weeks later.
Genuinely, what was the point
I just tried this and I genuinely believe it just cleared up all issues Tokon is having on PC
Also, redo shader warmup one more time after EGS is open and run some games
75% of all PlayStation 3 games are now PLAYABLE on PC!
RPCS3 continues to be improved with new features, fixes, and optimisations, bringing it ever closer to preserving the entire PS3 library.
This is why PC emulation rules 🔥
inFAMOUS at 4K and 60 FPS on RPCS3 looks and plays better than it ever did on the original PS3.
Emulation is the ultimate form of game preservation.
With how different the game plays now I understand why there's a timer on awokens, and I'd actually say my hot take is that people are being entitled and whining about it.
This isn't XV2+1. It's a brand new gameplay style.
If you're any kind of creator, listen to me.
You do not need AI to create 2D or 3D animation or art. Honestly, you dont even need to know HOW to animate yourself. Sometimes, all you need is an idea, a vision, patience, and the right artist who can bring that vision to life. And if you cant afford an artist yet, thats okay too. You can always learn, practice, fail, and improve yourself so that way you can spearhead your own projects. Another option is also just saving your money so you can "indie" fund your project.
I’ve done both. Ive hired animators, and Ive also learned how to do it myself because, honestly, I got tired of waiting on people. I got tired of being disappointed by speed, quality, communication, or work ethic.
Personally for me, at some point, it became a "Fine ill do it myself" type of situation and literally "picked up the pencil" myself.
And I did. It took years. A lot of frustration, a lot of late nights, a lot of self doubt, but every step forward came from actually showing up for myself and my work. No shortcuts. Not pretending im an animator. actually being one. Not letting a machine, make my journey FOR me. What drives me is passion, discipline, and doing the work over and over again because I love animation. The best part is looking back and seeing that my work improved because of ME. Because I kept going. because I gave enough of a shit to get better, thats real human growth, no AI needed. You can do it too. Start from nothing. become something.
Whether you go 0-2 or a win a tournament.....GOOD SHIT TO YOU.
At least you went out there and tried.
The real losers are the ones that sit back and talk shit about people's results.
Ya are the worst type of people.
Won't go to anything competitive...but talk about people's results and accomplishments.
The best thing ya accomplished is talk on the keyboard and take 0 risks.
Shut your ass up and continue to watch like the bitch you are.
Here's my tattered OG copy of Goku vs Vegeta that I bought back in 2021.
It might not be worth much but I guess I love this manga for more than what I can resell it for.
Under my latest video I saw a comment describing Gege as a "poor author" regarding his work on JJK.
When people discuss mangaka online they tend to conflate "poor author" with an author that has flaws. Which are entirely seperte things in my view.
my two cents🧵1/6
Let me fill you on the Avatar the last Airbender issue
- Hundreds of artists worked all through even with the constant fear of losing their jobs
- people were excited because it was going to be on the big screen
- Production is done
- Paramount says nahh guys we are putting on our streaming platform instead
- people filed petitions,…crickets
- In the last 48 hours, an hacker group leaked the whole movie for free
- millions of people have watched it
- the videos have been taken down from X, but people are sharing links to download
- it is everywhere!!!!!
- the only way to come back is for Paramount to release this on the big screen or lose out big time
- it’s so sad to see people’s work just dumped online with no respect to creators, the corporations are evil but please the Animators that worked on this deserve a chance for their work to be shown properly.
