By the time a relationship reaches the point where counseling is needed, the problem is usually no longer a lack of understanding, but accumulated frustration and unmet needs that are unlikely ever to be met.

Counseling cannot magically fulfill those needs, no matter how well you come to understand your partner's perspective.

Ceaușescu stabilea cotele de export în functie de cât raportau CAP-urile. Din cauză că raportau mai mult decât produceau, rezultă că rămânea mai puțin pt populație. Posibil să existe excepții.

If you're having doubts that a foot was 5 mm more advanced: it WASN'T offside.
Rule is there to punish abuse, not enforce obedience.
