Bullying is an abuse of power.
Bullying must not be tolerated at the individual level or the societal level.
Bullying only produces negative consequences.
Depression is focus on the past.
Anxiety is focus on the future.
Both are fixations outside of the present that cannot be controlled.
The present can be controlled. Put your focus here.
Being without thought is being mindful. Being mindful means you have FULL MIND.
Anxious or depressive thoughts are symptoms of a HOLLOW MIND.
When this is observed you must meditate or pursue mastery in Body, Mind, or Spirit(BMS) in order to be mind-full(mindful).
Understand the difference between thought and belief; you do not have to believe everything you think, and you shouldn’t.
Destroy negative thought, encourage positive beliefs.
When someone feels like they're "off track" it's always because they left the path of mastery to pursue pleasure.
Always.
Pleasure cannot be fulfilled.
