When the individual becomes stronger, society becomes stronger.

By pursuing mastery in yourself and aiding others in their pursuits, you live in accordance with The Way and are rewarded with fulfillment.

Bullying is an abuse of power.

Bullying must not be tolerated at the individual level or the societal level.

Bullying only produces negative consequences.

Pleasure is the rest stop. Not the destination.

You have to leave the pleasure stop to get fulfillment.

People who pursue pleasure are afraid to die because they haven't lived.

To live a fulfilled life, you have to walk the path towards fulfillment.

Stopping at The Inn of Pleasure is fine.

Living at The Inn is not.

Depression is focus on the past.

Anxiety is focus on the future.

Both are fixations outside of the present that cannot be controlled.

The present can be controlled. Put your focus here.

Being without thought is being mindful. Being mindful means you have FULL MIND.

Anxious or depressive thoughts are symptoms of a HOLLOW MIND.

When this is observed you must meditate or pursue mastery in Body, Mind, or Spirit(BMS) in order to be mind-full(mindful).

You need to be here in order to move forward.

Forward is the way to fulfillment.

To control yourself and orient yourself to mastery is to live enlightened. This is Heaven on Earth.

Understand the difference between thought and belief; you do not have to believe everything you think, and you shouldn’t.

Destroy negative thought, encourage positive beliefs.

Always.

Pleasure cannot be fulfilled.
