If we do 1000 launches, with 70M annual car sales, that's 0.1%. Its better to focus on educating/understanding crypto energy consumption than shaming rocket launches

@Darrenlautf To clarify, that would be a baseline. If you want top talent (doesn't have to be from finance background, can be anyone with analytical mind i.e. engineers, physicists, mathematicians) you want to obviously pay premium, maybe like 20-30%. So add $25k, to make it $85k.
