@Explorationproj Well I did two harvests. One in early August. That was a strong sour taste, like cranberries. The next one was I. Early September. That was more earthy and smooth.

@Explorationproj It w as as best in early August. All you do is gather about 15-20 clumps and soak them for 24 hours. It tastes great. It only lasts about a week though.
