Visited an MTN branch for a SIM swap. Paid R5 for the SIM, but the rep insisted I pay another R80 in cash just to activate it. Which they never did. Since when does MTN charge under-the-table cash fees for standard activations? @MTNza @MTNzaService #ScamAlert
