@guardiannews why didn’t #UEFA tell us & why did they stop ticket returns in April? The comms throughout the #EURO2020 ballot & late ticket sales has been awful and the ticket portal is under-invested. They should have set up a face-value ticket return/exchange system, given COVID restrictions
