@iiNet Was told Monday someone would call - no call.
Someone did call Tuesday and told me turn it off and on again (!!).
Didn't work and was promised a call today from technical team - no call.
No calls, no internet, not a skerrick of care.

@iiNet yet again internet and VoIP are down, 3 days now!!!! No acknowledgement on your status page, no explanation from your 'support' line, no indication whether it will ever come up again. Shocking service!!
@iiNet outage in Fisher ACT for over 15 hours. Support team confirmed they are aware and work is underway. Also confirmed they're aware it's *not listed* on the outages page. Pretty poor customer service.
