最近基本啥都没有干，这行情感觉躺在床上才可以不亏钱。

前段时间一直玩的一个项目 @PerpsPadfun 最近经历了低谷，目前有大的事情要宣布了。

Poise Finance（@PoiseFinance）是一个刚上线几天的 Solana 项目，核心是把投资观点做成可交易的固定权重指数代币，并嵌进 PerpsPad 的发射台生态。

用户可以选 2–5 个代币化股票（NVDAx、AMDx、AAPLx、SPY、GLD 这类），设定固定权重，Poise 铸成一个 SPL 代币。

权重在创建时写死，之后不能改。
存入底层资产可以按比例铸造指数代币；赎回随时可用，即使暂停新存入也能赎回。
计价基准是金库里实际持有资产的 NAV，不是池子现货价。
创建者会拿到一枚 fee-rights NFT，管理费以待领取份额形式累积，持有 NFT 的人可以领取。
公开技术说明还写了后续设计：指数代币在 Meteora 开池，keeper 负责把二级市场价格拉回 NAV；更关键的是，这个指数可以作为 PerpsPad 上新币的计价资产。别人发 meme 时不配 SOL，而配你的篮子，成交会给篮子带来交易量和创作者费用。

和 PerpsPad 的关系
PerpsPad 是 Solana 上的发射台：币在 Meteora 上交易，手续费会拿去在 Phoenix 开杠杆永续，并做回购销毁。它已经支持用代币化股票当报价资产。而且Poise 将不会发行自己的代币，所有费用和收入都将返还 solana:PerPsCe2SJ7Q25CN4R5TTX4fmBdmknE2hQmqCt96fHL。

Poise 是在这上面加一层组合观点：单只 NVDA 不够表达 AI 芯片，就可以做成 50% NVDA / 30% TSMC / 20% 其他，再让新币对着这个篮子定价。创作者的激励闭环是：发布观点 → 别人用它当报价资产 → 路由成交抽成。文稿里还写了排行榜、每周推荐篮子、一键用篮子发币等增长设计。
