@MaybellRomero @brianlfrye Indeed -- in my youth it required transfers in Fano and Pesaro, IIRC, so that puts a number of persons off. (Not me, and I hope not you!). FWIW Rick Steves's 1250-page Italy guidebook manages to omit Ravenna and Bologna (and all of Sicily) among other things. SMH.
