Red Deer Carpet One, Red Hart Brewing, Gasoline Alley Farmers' Market, Benjamin Moore Red Deer. Co-manager of a busy household. Having a really good time.
@HeatherMarcoux We'd LOVE to see bike path connection prioritized between @CityofRedDeer & @RedDeerCounty. With new development there's often a chicken/egg thing where infrastructure has to catch up. Public transit and pedestrian connections into Gasoline Alley will get better.
@HeatherMarcoux Hey Heather, I chair the not-for-profit board for the GA farmers' market and was involved throughout the planning & building. If you ever want to grab a coffee I can tell you the story of the market and why it is where it is. There are some pretty good reasons it's there 🙂.
There are about 5000 veterans living on the street throughout Canada. @homes4heroesfdn is trying to fix that. So far, we've built Veteran's Villages in Calgary and Edmonton, with Kingston, Winnipeg, and Halifax up next.

RED HART BREAK!
With Hal Johnson and Joanne McLeod.
So many ways to get outside and enjoy some Red Hart beer (available in cans).
Remember friends, keep fit and have fun!

We are so proud to be able to provide flooring and tile for the @homes4heroesfdn Edmonton Veteran's Village that officially opened last week. There are about 5000 veterans living on the street in this country, but Homes for Heroes is going to change that.

The construction of 2 roundabouts at the Mckenzie Road overpass in Gasoline Alley is now complete. The area is open to traffic but there is still minor work to be completed, so watch for temporary signage and workers in the area.
Starting this Friday, our new temporary opening hours will be Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 10am - 4pm. We hope these temporary reduced hours will provide some rest & relief for the small business owners in the market.
Minus the snow. We are still looking for this stolen trailer. Reward offered if returned. One of kind. Larkaun Black, with rock guard and Larkaun grey rims.
Wow. Canada broke the graph. Our telecoms have created one of the most successful oligopolies in modern history.
This is not something we should be proud of.

There's a lot to celebrate about Canada, and we've been doing that on July 1st for a long time. There's also a lot about Canada that we need to learn more about, come to terms with, and work really hard to change.
Perhaps Canada Day can be day when some of that hard work happens.
Imagine if we found a site where unnamed soldiers were buried after some bygone battle? How quickly it would become a memorial, a park with a plaque? How quickly we would seek to identify the souls laid there and tell their stories?
