@sainsburys I have just had a call from supposedly customer service in Sainsbury’s. Very rude person who raised their voice at me asking me to use an app to verify my identity. Sounded suspicious and when I asked for their details they told me to go away and put the phone down !!!!

@sainsburys absolutely rubbish service from Sainsburys. Order arrived missing half the stuff as not loaded on van. No warning. No food for Valentines dinner or breakfast. Nobody to call office says closed until Monday morning. Thanks Sainsbury’s for ruining the evening. Fuming.
