We’ve just had a meeting with our property managers following our B2 EWS1 rating.

If we don’t get funding, it’s an avg. of £30k per apt.

If we do get funding, it’s around £10k per apt for the balconies to be replaced.

Shocked doesn’t cover it.

So there it is. After our first batch of remediation works were completed this time last year, we've been told that we're still at a B2 rating. More remediation is needed and a second wave of costs coming our way.
