Smaller (but I guess all) companies are under intense pressure from stakeholders to have new releases be profitable immediately, this means cutting corners in the development life cycle, usually crucial user acceptance testing

This is great example both of how simple chloropleth maps and Scotland's jumbo-sized councils can disguise significant local variation in unhelpful ways. Growth in Highland is largely Inverness, not e.g. Caithness & Sutherland; rural depopulation is a very real and serious issue.
