@British_Airways thanks for stranding me in Bari, Italy. Flight BA2832 has been stuck here over 3 hours and still have no idea what’s happening.
Won’t be booking through BA again.

@British_Airways We were finally put onto a coach with no idea where it was going. We’re apparently off to a hotel which is 40 miles away. what time will we be picked up to go back to Bari airport? Because so far I’ve not seen a soul from BA and no airport staff could tell us anything helpful.

@British_Airways My flight to Dubrovnik has landed in Bari, Italy and nobody’s got a clue what’s happening. We’re just sat at a gate at the airport. Why haven’t you told anyone anything? Pretty rubbish customer care if you ask me
