Has anyone calculated what the impact of rate rises will be to their monthly loan repayments. Me neither.

Thus far in 2022, the ASX has seen north of $200b wiped off its value. Since Jan 3, we've seen an 11% decline.
The hardest hit sector seems to be tech because, lets face it, too many 'sheep' followed the heard hoping that the wave hadn't yet peaked without planning their exit

Premier says he didn’t know about NZers travelling to Melb.
