It will give those who can afford to contribute back to the local economy a chance to do so whilst offering a fresh take on our stale city, already destroyed by lock out laws.

@yanisvaroufakis Anything to make Sydney more vibrant is a good thing. Our city is so backward compared. I think there should be restaurants on the sand at every beach in Sydney. Those that can afford it and ultimately inject money into the local economy should be given a free choice to do so.
