@aakashgupta The two problems are 1. 14MHz is really only enough for data rates in the low, maybe 10s of mbit/s. And 2. 800MHz can allow wall penetration from a high-power transmitter (e.g. satellite), but the limiting factor is cell phones are not and would drain the battery if they were.

@FlorianHeigl1 I did find your SDK repo :) one of the OpenWrt SDK dumps in there had a comment that cn71xx worked with the upstream ath10k driver. I even tried booting a few of the pre-built images for peregrine (ath10k 3x3) but it didn’t seem to find the chips. It is pretty much an EVB7000SFF.
