7 TIPS ON GETTING STARTED TO BE A TIKTOK CREATOR THAT GETS PAID!
I am a creator on TikTok and I regularly get 4-5 figure brand partnership deals. I also run an agency that is heavily leaned on TikTok. We are TikTok Marketing Partners and badged agency (only 11 in N. America).
Wow @evanspiegel. Walking a robotic pet only took 11 years and $3B. Incredible value for your shareholders delivered here!
The idea that you could bring these to market at $2,195 after Apple proved the market rejected it, is indicative of the poor culture inside of Snap.
This should've been ended long ago, you're not Bruce Wayne.
@AlphaSenseInc A lot of what this expert mentioned really isnāt right. For example, the creative refresh needed for Meta after their Andromeda update is a way higher frequency than Snapchat. Snaps main problem right now is product innovation.
Rarely on here and missed this 𤣠Sorry. Iām on IG & TT. Twitter is just doom scrolling and click bait - I just canāt get into it.
But hereās a self-congratulatory retweet lol. The co-sign from the dude himself š
Growing a business too fast is a quick way to destroy itā¦
Corners cut, unhappy customers, sub par products, chargebacks, you name it⦠Itās a recipe for disaster.
Keeping up with growth has been one of the biggest challenges at @HatLaunch . Since starting in 2018, weāve had to scale rapidly.. more machines.. more staff.. more space.. more inventory.. and more capital. But we have always pulled back when things have gotten too much to handle. I want to briefly walk through a few key moments and how we managed to keep delivering through it all.
Late 2020-2021:
Our first major surge hit after partnering with an ad agency (@AndrewMolz ) to run our Meta ads. We went from $50K a year to $50K a month almost overnight. I had one part-time employee and quickly realized we needed more space and machines. Within 3 months, we upgraded from a 900 sq ft space to 2,500 sq ft, even paying for both leases to not slow down growth. We scaled to four 6-head machines and up to 8 employees, eventually hitting north of $200K/month and finished 2021 at $2.4M in revenue.
2022:
Outgrew that space too and bought our first building which was 8,400 sq ft. I renovated it myself (my first construction project) and expanded our capacity. By the end of 2022, we hit $3.9M in revenue. This level of growth required constant coding, systemization, and automation across all areas of the business.
2023:
I knew once we moved into our new building it still would not be enough space, so I started searching for a bigger building. In December, we closed on a 64,000 sq ft facility. I decided to spearhead the entire construction project myself so I could ensure as expedited a timeline as possible. While under construction, we launched a midnight shift to keep up with demand and ran 24/7 operations. We finished the year at $7.9M.
2024:
Flat growth due to space limitations. We ended the year at $8.4M while construction dragged on. We still stayed committed to doing everything we could in-house to maintain quality and customer experience.
2025:
We finally moved into our new facility. For the first time, we have room to grow into, not immediately out of a building. We are in the next growth cycle⦠which is scary, exciting, stressful and extremely rewarding all at the same time. Weāre relentlessly building custom software to improve operations and scaling out our production footprint.
The biggest pain of growth?
Delays. Missing our 10ā14 day turnaround eats me alive and is honestly the thing that keeps me up at night. My goal for 2025 is 5ā7 business days⦠and weāre working hard to make that happen with more software and innovation.
At our core, we live by three words: Delegate. Automate. Innovate.
Delegate what you shouldnāt be doing. Automate what slows you down. Innovate what isnāt good enough.
Weāre in this for the long haul.. relentlessly, passionately, and wholly committed to our customers. Without them, none of this wouldāve been possible. Iāll never take that for granted.

I still see TikTok as a blue ocean.
Between the new product releases & improvements of existing products, itās still difficult enough for brands, that the moat that will protect your piece of the pie, is most brands lack of understanding & their clunkiness w/ getting creative.

7/7 As time moves on, we're seeing a bigger and bigger shift AWAY from big celeb endorsement deals and over to creators that just get it and can do great videos pitching products. This really isnāt anything new, Iām just reiterating. Thereās a lot of money to be made on TikTok!
Itās easy to SAY youāll build a 10 million subscriber newsletterā¦
But how will I actually do it?
Hereās my planā¦
My first step with ANY big honkin goal like this is to break it down into smaller goals.
Big goals are achieved by hitting a sequence of smaller goals.
That being said, I first looked at what it would look like to try and hit this in 1yr.
But firstā¦
Are there even 10mil people in my market?
I looked up the stats and GEM report confirms over 10mil entrepreneurs and GoDaddy has 20mil customers so yes the market is big enough and growing at 18% per year.
Moving onā¦
10mil / 365 = 28,000 leads a day
Ummmā¦
Yeaā¦
Probably not going to happen, but my wife reminds me āAll things through Christ are possible.ā
But letās just keep going, next I said what about 5,000 leads a day?
That works out to about 1.8mil leads per year.
Now, I know 5,000 leads per day is still well over the crazy line for most, but Iāve already done 10,000 leads a day before in my career.
You can watch a video how at 10000 leads a day .com
And I have faith š
Just one problemā¦
When I did 10,000 leads a day that was all paid traffic (Google ads) and cost $1.50 per lead.
If you are mathinā thatās $15k per day š„øš¤Æ
I donāt have $15,000/day to spend like I did when I was helping out a friend on his funnel.
So then HOW??
I believe we are in a window of opportunity right now where SEO is far easier than it should be.
Before I was the Google ads guy, I was an SEO guy. You can dig up old copies of my book āSEO Lies.ā
I had well over 100 first page rankings and clients doing great as well.
Right now with the way āTopical Authorityā works and the power of AI to reach topical authority far quicker than a human could, this creates a massive opportunity.
That and I also created a tool @ghostrytapp that uses AI agents to do all the writing for me and publish on autopilot.
Iāll first attack lots of low competition keywords and then work my way up to something like āmake money onlineā or āside hustleā or both.
In the meantime I have a business model that looks profitable on paper.
Free newsletter + $99/yr premium version.
Iāve run these before and I have a page layout that has converted at 17% for me in the past.
Meaning I should be able to earn $17 (17% of $99) per subscriber and I know that I can get subscribers for under $5.
While, SEO efforts are underway Iāll be plugging away at that funnel to get it optimized and converting.
Even if the page converts half as good that will still be $8 earned per lead with sub $5 cost per lead.
And there are additional monetization methods planned, but I gotta keep the funnel hackers on their toes a little, so I wonāt divulge that (yet).
Thatās the plan.
Leverage the window of SEO opportunity AI has created for the short term.
Deploy the funnel, test it, optimize it, once profitable ramp up the ad spend.
Goal is 5,000 leads a day.
But first Iāll need to get to 100 leads per day along the way.
So stay tuned, make sure you are following, and if you want me to share my 17% landing page comment āshareā below.
If I get enough interest, Iāll share that in my very next post here.
