The reality that 1990 was 36 years ago yet for many of us, it seems like yesterday.
We got here way too fast…I feel like an 18 year old looking through 55 year old eyes.
To buy a £2m property you have to pay a staggering £153k in stamp duty (or an eye-watering £253k if it’s a second property).
Having been fleeced to buy it, you will have then to pay thousands more to the State each year on top of your council tax just to live in it. How is that fair?
All this will mean that only the genuinely rich will be able to buy. It will do nothing to help the economy or to attract the brightest and best to come to the UK. It will be another nail in the economy’s coffin.
It’s also stupid.
It will cost a fortune having an army of bureaucrats trying to value millions of properties and dealing with thousands of inevitable appeals and court cases as people dispute the rushed valuations.
A massive waste of time, energy and money to raise relative peanuts - just to satisfy socialist spite.
Idiotic and sinister in equal measure. Plus we all know that the tax will be extended to cheaper properties in time.
Jane street pays $600,000 for the skill of selling anything to anyone, and now this 21 minute Tony Robbins masterclass filmed 30 years ago in his castle gives it to you completely free.
This is the uncut 1992 session. Just raw persuasion from the master who coached presidents and billionaires.
You will learn how to find anyone's buying state and anchor your offer to that feeling. No scripts. No tricks. Just psychology that works on everyone.
This rare tape disappears regularly. Save it while you can ⭣
@JamesMelville I agree, let’s see some housing in Westminster and Mayfair, the government should be supporting migrants in these areas, there are plenty of 2/3 bed apartments for rent
@AllForProgress_ I think they have done well very well to get the permission!
I spent 18 months trying to move a cat parking bay on a housing unit from one side to the other, we failed…. So well done Gatwick!
( I agree 100% with you post, we are in big trouble)
@truemagic68@LanceForman That’s the problem, too many are wrapped up in well paid public money jobs with large pensions that grow after they leave office to roles.
