@justam_inute @itvnews Wasn’t aimed at you in particular didn’t mean it to come across like that, just too many keyboard critics on here every day who wouldn’t have a clue about procedures etc. Recruitment has to change but it’s more a numbers game and people are kept in these roles who aren’t suited

Unfortunately it’s not an overnight fix, there’s plenty good ones out there who do their best every day but people love to criticise having never faced it
