@CostaCoffee today I have used two of your motorway drive throughs. At one I was told to hand over my reusable cup without the lid, and at the other I had to hand the lid over as well. On one transaction I got my green bean and the other i did not. Feeing some inconsistency!

@sainsburys just wondering what sort of training your home delivery pickers are given. Invariably we get bread products which are squashed out of shape because things are packed on top of them. Might be worth a training point, or tweaking the pick list to pick bread later?
