@andyr_1979 @WeAreOpenreach @SkyHelpTeam Having similar problems, but @EE https://t.co/f11CdLmwI4 provider. Openreach didnt realise the port they allocated to me was already taken. Tnis was 2 weeks ago and no solution in sight. Hope you get a miracle.

@ThinkFast2021 @WeAreOpenreach Keep calling your provider. On my first installation date, no one showed up. The second date, I called and they said no one will show up. I stopped an Openreach van and the engineer could help, but oh no, port already used. 2 weeks later and wait for skilled engineer"

@WeAreOpenreach hello again. Openreach should have done my fibre 2 weeks ago. Every day is a no-show. Getting my hopes up only to be disappointed. At least I got news today that I have to wait 7 days.

Can't complain to openreah and @EE cant do anything.

@WeAreOpenreach Hello, please please can I get an engineer today. It has been 2 weeks since my installation date and no fibre yet. I work from home and rely on internet. "Within 24 hours" never happens. I don't know where to complain anymore. PLEASE HELP.

@bt_uk @EE I have had the absolute worst experience, moving to EE broadband with BT. My first installation appointment "never went through on the system". Now I have to wait a week, be without internet with both my wife and I working remotely. I need that installation today!
