Black women were saying DDG was controlling and showed signs of being abusive since the Little Mermaid came out and were called jealous, bitter, man haters and once again, they were right. The same with Keke. It's the same shit every time
women on here were able to see the signs of ddg being abusive early, from him throwing a tantrum about halle walking the red carpet with her costar. seemingly small stuff that yall brush off as normal actually be emotional abuse
Y'all aren't gonna like me, but reading is a privilege. You need free time, the education, the ability, access to books, etc. But we should be helping each other access books however we can and sharing info and stories in a number of mediums.
u can argue about the semantics of “privilege” or whatever but the fact is that there is an extensive lack of engagement with literature in the US that stems from more pressing and structural reasons than ppl being too lazy to read
“You vote once in four years, and that’s your political responsibility? That’s the height of bourgeois propaganda, making the people politically irresponsible. Thinking their responsibility is limited to a one day vote. Politics is every day.”

This is true but I also think they can be a useful tool for communicating your own needs and if you need to get more specific you can just invent new ones
I lied. Put your clothes back on. We’re gonna talk about how casual sexual connections deserve the same respect, communication, and consideration as romantic ones, and that not wanting a relationship with someone is not an excuse to treat them as disposable.
