Pioneer 🇿🇦, worked with the biggest social media gurus on the planet, Founder of the largest Skool community in South Africa, the "good life" connoisseur ⚜️
in july 2024, Quinton & I were in bali, just two guys traveling, training every day, & obsessed with optimizing health & making money.
we kept seeing the same thing in the online business space — everyone was focused on making money, but no one talked about health.
we’ve been lifting for a combined decade, biohacking, tracking sleep, & blocking blue light on the daily. all of it.
we knew that if you truly optimize your health, your business & income will scale as a result. high performance isn’t just about working harder, it’s about operating at a higher level with more energy.
so we decided to build something different.
in october, we started a community focused on both health & wealth (https://t.co/mvZK7A3NvA) helping entrepreneurs not only make money but also become physically & mentally elite
we launched the free community, started providing insane value, & by january / february, we began monetizing.
first attempt? a webinar. made $2k. not great, but it was a start.
in the past few months, we’ve done $15k-$20k. not crazy money, but for something that was just an idea in bali a few months ago? solid. and we’re just getting started.
in the next 4-6 months, we’re scaling to $50k/month. by the end of the year? $100k/month.
the formula is simple: execute relentlessly, build the right team, & play the long game.
most people overcomplicate business. get the right vehicle, stay in shape, think long-term, & don’t quit.
the results will be inevitable.
i’ve thought a lot about careers, & the question that kept surfacing in my mind was do i want to spend fifteen years climbing a ladder someone else built until i’m finally a vp of something? or do i want to do some crazy shit & see where life takes me?
my personality has always bent toward the latter. & when i stress test it against the long view time & time again, the math still works cuz i ask a very simple question which is that do i want my kids to say “dad spent his life moving from level to level at some company,” or do i want them to say “dad wrote some dumb stuff online, actually created stuff outta nothing, contributed to the culture directly, had a lot of fun, & ended up here”?
the second one wins every time here too.
when the work feels like it’s not working, it’s usually a mirror.
it’s showing you that you haven’t yet developed into the person who can achieve that thing.
but here’s the cool part..
the work done on you is often far more valuable than the work the work does for you.
nothing to gain. nothing to lose. nothing to hide. nothing to prove.
I’m not even close.
but that’s the real definition of freedom.
that’s what you want to be striving towards if you say you want “freedom”
you think your 20s are the best because that’s literally all you know. you haven’t been in your 30s or 40s so how could you say those years are the best.
this leads to you making short term decisions which are most likely going to be bad for you in the long run.
everyone will soon realise they have no other choice but to start an online business, eat healthy, go to the gym, practise their social skills, etc.
some just realise it at 16, & some at 28, 35.
the sooner you double down, the better.
you only see the benefits of meditation after 3 years. most people give up wayy to early. don’t stop. 20min daily.
I literally am incapable of doomscrolling.
when I open any app I become immensely conscious so it’s impossible for me to fall into the rabbit hole.
new meta.
every bodybuilder goes from training 6 days a week to 3-4 days a week. 4 days max.
unless you’re trying to become Cbum it’s counterproductive.
it takes around 7-8 years to come to this conclusion.
if you’re under 8 years, you’ll see.
@HamzaAdonis or just have good genes. good genes are the last red pill. essentially black pill now that I think of it.
not to say you can’t change. genes do however play a MASSIVE role.
harsh truth.
some people just have the genetics to be alpha rich giga chads who lead society & some people have genetics to be poor follower betas.
has absolutely nothing to do with your actions, your morning routines, or your habits.
everything to do with your genetics.
For those who still have limiting beliefs about making money,
Do this:
Go find an IDIOT. Literally be on the look out, online or in-person, and find an absolute fucking moron who is making hundreds of thousands of dollars a month.
And sit with that.
Observe your thoughts and judgements about them. Identify your copes. Identify limitations.
You’re smarter than them, so why are they kicking your ass? What is preventing you from achieving similar, if not greater — results?
Enjoy
if everyone can learn it in a classroom, you’re replaceable. follow your natural curiosity. acquire specific knowledge. even Einstein said the only thing standing between him & his learning was his education. with AI replacing generic skills, this has never been more true.
