@Vitality_UK Cancelled my health insurance because of the ill-thought changes to rewards. How many other customers have done the same? I'm in the market for life insurance and I won't be buying from you

@nottmian @Vitality_UK Best thing to do is find a different insurance provider. I will be leaving after this nonsense. This new reward system is terrible. Bring back the weekly Rakuten, lose the new find a Stanley, offer Cineworld and you might have happier customers once again!
