@ImanZayna@kwilliam111@KayBurley Yeah exactly, people who live in glass houses shouldn't throw stones......or parties during COVID when the rest of us had to speak to relatives through windows and socially distance. She also defended Andrew Mountbatten Windsor.....worrying behaviour.
I am the process of working on further coverage (and other 'stuff').
The cover up of my case started at Pendleton Station in Salford where I was drugged and sexually assaulted (rape - rectal and vaginal bleeding) by Greater Manchester Police Officers in Feb 2021.
I found a video (below๐) from July 2023 which gives a brilliant overview of the cover up of my case by
@andyburnham@andyburnhamHQ@gmpolice@policeconduct@ICOnews
NOTHING has changed as of July 2026... However, I will prove I am the only one telling the truth๐.
๐ฉ๐ฎโโ๏ธ4.5 hours of evidential footage is missing out of over 42 hours detainment.
๐ฉ๐ฎโโ๏ธThis month, the request for Digital forensics has been outstanding for 2 years - despite Andy Burnham the PM in waiting promising he would get me it. I have this on authorised recording. I will release the recording in full once my latest coverage airs due to 'exclusivity'.
โค๏ธThank you for helping me raise awareness as you are also keeping me safeโค๏ธ.
Ps @KayBurley I have never claimed to be a 'saint' but I am a human and humans aren't perfect you silly mare. It has been confirmed it was swipe of glasses - not an assault plus I should not have been arrested nor detained by Andy Burnham and others .... GMP broke in to my home illegally hence (the 2 hours from the cell aside) , there is another 2.5 seperate hours missing. Did you expect me to make GMP a cup of tea?... oh well that's Sly News sorry @SkyNews for ya๐
For more factual reporting and confirmation it's 4.5 hours missing not 2 - Please watch the latest coverage in quoted tweet๐
@NiamhDonohoe78@ThreemobileS Just looked and it's much the same. @ThreemobileS would know that within 6 months of purchase they are entitled to have one chance to repair the phone. 6-12 months they have to prove you were not sold a faulty phone.
@NiamhDonohoe78@ThreemobileS@Fonfixs Six months or longer: You must give the retailer one opportunity to repair or replace it before you can claim a partial refund, and the burden of proof is on you to prove the product is faulty.
If you'd prefer a repair or replacement in the first 30 days you can ask the retailer
@NiamhDonohoe78@ThreemobileS@Fonfixs Yeah that's diabolical service and that's me being kind.
The Consumer Rights Act gives you the legal right to either get a refund for goods that are of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, or get it repaired - depending on how long you've owned it:
@NiamhDonohoe78@ThreemobileS@Fonfixs 0-30 days: You can claim a full refund for goods that are of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described.
30 days-six months: You must give the retailer one opportunity to repair or replace it before you can claim a refund.
