I cant actually believe that #fitbit and #google got rid of the challenges. The challenges are the only reason that I have put up and replaced the terrible trackers for years now! Really poor decision which will result in people leaving for apple in their droves! Sad times 😞

@BritishGas I did have 2 call centre employees hang up on me and a manager was meant to call me back and didnt bother either. The appointment is now friday and nothing sooner. I have no heating/hot water but this isnt major enough to be described as an emergency?!

@BritishGas is the worst company i have come across! Had an service on monday and the engineer left and broke my boiler and had no heating/hot water since. An appointment was made today for it to be cancelled at 5:30pm and rebooked for friday. Zero customer service! Shocking!
