@AirIndiaX Hey I would like to reiterate that despite multiple mails to [email protected] there hasn't even been a simple acknowledgement. I can understand refunds would take stipulated time but a simple ACK is not a big thing to ask.
@IndiGo6E Hey @IndiGo6E , @DGCAIndia has clearly indicated no excess charges are to be enforced on rescheduling of your flights . Then why have you added change fees and despite excessive fees the paid flight got cancelled. Refund does not include "change fees" which is convenient for you

@aaronbennett small correction, *starting to look like a top. I think a lot of public companies will mimic this and it will get bonkers within the next 6 months. That is a top signal.
